About Me
I’m married to a wonderful man, and together we have two incredible children whom I have the joy of homeschooling. Watching them grow, learn, and discover the world around them is one of my greatest blessings. I’m passionate about cultivating a healthy lifestyle and embracing holistic approaches that support the well-being of myself, my family, and my community.
I have a diverse background in mental health and support services and have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals through many seasons of life, from children as young as six to adults in their seventies. My experience includes serving at a resource pregnancy center, engaging in overseas youth ministry, leading trauma recovery groups on a college campus, working with teens in inpatient care, and providing counseling for couples and individuals in both non-profit and private practice settings.
These opportunities have shaped my deep passion for providing Christ-centered, evidence-based care that meets clients where they are at. My approach to counseling is both compassionate and practical. I work collaboratively with clients to develop healthy routines, learn effective coping tools, process trauma, and make everyday lifestyle adjustments that support emotional and mental well-being. I believe therapy is most effective when it connects insight with real-life action, addressing the four circles of health: biological, psychological, social, and spiritual.
